Since 2021, it is has become our goal to be main news outlet for the Club Penguin Community. At CP Army Outreach, we will be organizing tournaments, contests, and keeping you up to date on the latest news happening around the community. Every week, we release our weekly Top Ten rankings that help decide who the biggest armies in the community are. Feel free to discuss, debate, and be a part of army history by sharing your opinions and commenting on our staff’s posts.
DEEP FREEZE, CP Army Outreach Capital – This week we see similar overall scores similar to the previous weeks. We do have a few new faces on the Top Ten as multiple armies have been opening up as activity is beginning to jump up again. On the other hand, we do have the Golden Troops that are seeing their last Top Ten for their current generation.
Cream Soda, Templars Capital – Only a few weeks following the war between themselves and the Ice Warriors, another war has been declared with the Army of CP. Why did the Templars declare another war? Will the Army of CP fight back to defend themselves?
DEEP FREEZE, CP Army Outreach Capital – Since the closure of multiple armies, the Top Ten is looking a little sparse with only 13 total armies shown. Similar to last week, armies are still being affected by the September Drop but activity will pick up in the following weeks!

UNKNOWN TERRITORY, Eclipse Capital – A few months following their grand opening, the Eclipse of CP announced a temporary shut down. Is this the end to the newly founded Eclipse army? Or will Todoro be able to sort out the army in order to succeed?
HALF PIPE, Golden Troops Capital – Only days after a fellow leader retired from the Golden Troops, Neha joined announcing her own retirement. Why did Neha retire so suddenly? How will the Golden Troops do with 2 leaders retiring?

Mammoth, Army of CP’s Capital – Only a few days ago, on August 30th, CSY announced the retirements of numerous HCOM and Staff Members. Not long after, numerous other individuals announced their retirements. What is next for ACP after their mass retirements? How will the new leader fend with the responsibility of their new role?
